Off Grid Log Cabin Build – Scribe fitting resumes Part 2

Winter is finally behind us, and it’s time to dust off the scribe tool and get back to work. With only six months until the snow flies again, the clock is ticking. This year I am hoping we can watch those snowflakes fall from the warmth and comfort of our cozy little off-grid cabin.

In this video, I’ll show you the first log I’ve scribed this Spring. It’s a big milestone but there is still plenty to do, I’ve got at least three more rounds of logs to go before I can even think about the roof. Speaking of which, figuring out how to build the roof is the next big challenge on the horizon.

Join me as I dive back into this labor of love, one log at a time. The finish line is in sight.
